Activities

The following activities will give you an opportunity to apply what you have learnt in this module. If you can't remember how to do something, just click on the icon next to the activity. 1. Searching
   Do a search for Women's resources, using a search directory such as Yahoo. Then do another search for women's resources using a search index such as Google. Notice how the results differ.

2. Do an image search on the web and save it to your computer.
   Click on the following link: http://www.google.com/images. A new window will open up. Do an image search engine to find an image of Emma Goldman. Save it to your "My Documents" folder.

3. Newsgroups
   Find and subscribe to a newsgroup which discusses issues of abuse. You can either use a newsreader program on your computer or a web page such as Google Groups.
